Michael McCullough:
Managing Director
Mr. Michael
McCullough is the managing director of KMC MAG Group. He
is in charge of client brokerage services, KMC's incubation
facility, and KMC's serviced offices. He's been largely
responsible for the firms explosive growth and has been quoted in
local publications discussing the Philippine real estate
market.
Mr. McCullough has previously worked in the Silicon Valley (San
Francisco Bay Area, California) as a software and IT consultant
from 2003 to 2007. While there he assisted Fortune 500 companies in
outsourcing their software projects with his firm. He was also
responsible for building and supporting networks for a number of
the company's clients in health care and real estate
industry.
In 2007 he was sent to Makati, Philippines by Cambria Corporation
to establish a branch office. During his 1 year contract, he hired
and trained over a dozen .Net developers while developing sales for
the Asia Pacific region.
Michael later became a Consultant for Kittelson &
Carpo Consulting and was responsible for project management for
their clients relocation needs. This included site selection,
office build-outs, and network installations (WAN, LAN, VPN,
VOIP).
Gregory Kittelson:
Chairman of the Board
Mr. Gregory
Kittelson is an American national and has been working in
the Philippines for 8 years. Gregory has worked with and helped
build two start-up IT outsourcing companies in Manila, FBM Software , and FBM e-Services . Gregory
also co-founded two Internet companies in the Philippines, Digital
Media Exchange (Mobius ) and GrooveNet . In addition to KMC
MAG Group, Mr. Kittelson currently is the Managing Director of Kittelson &
Carpo Consulting , assisting foreign companies setting up
businesses in the Philippines .
Between all 5 companies Gregory has had a very dynamic career in
the Philippines. He has incorporated and built companies from
scratch and built out office space while navigating through the
Philippines' bureaucratic government agencies and unique business
culture.
Gregory Kittelson is a member of the American Chamber of Commerce
in Manila, Philippines.
Amanda Rufino Carpo:
Chief Legal Officer
Ms. Amanda Rufino
Carpo is a Philippine national educated at the University
of the Philippines (B.A. Political Science) and Ateneo de
Manila University School of Law (Juris Doctor), a practicing
corporate tax and real estate lawyer in the Philippines, and a
former senior tax consultant for PriceWaterhouseCoopers
Manila. Much of her work experience is in international
business transactions, real estate transactions, and Philippine
inbound investment. She was also involved in Knowledge Management
for PWC where she was directly responsible for updates on the
latest laws, jurisprudence, and issuances by the Bureau of Internal
Revenue and Department of Finance and assisted with technical
training sessions. She has provided legal, tax, and real estate
advice to investors seeking assistance on market entry into the
Philippines and to those already doing business in the Philippines.
Attorney Carpo has advised clientele that includes a broad
range of multinationals, publicly listed companies, local
companies, government owned and controlled companies. Early in her
career Amanda apprenticed at Romulo, Mabanta, Sayoc, and de los
Angeles Law Firm and eventually worked at Feria Feria laO Tantoco
Law Firm, one of the Philippines' most respected and experienced
law firms. While there, she worked on the privatization of
the National Power Corporation of the Philippines which is to date
the largest privatization project in the Philippines.
Attorney Carpo eventually left the traditional law firm
environment to found Kittelson & Carpo Consulting to focus on
assisting foreign companies doing business in the
Philippines.
In addition to being the Legal Counsel of KMC MAG Group, Amanda is
a Partner of Kittelson &
Carpo Consulting and deals directly with their larger
clients. She has experience in business formation, corporate
registration, incentives availment, advice on tax issues in
relation to inbound investment, application of tax treaties, tax
assessments and claims for refund, immigration and labor issues for
expatriate employees. Her legal background and experience is
relevant in the aspects of commercial a and real estate law and
helps clients gain insight on the ins and outs of the Philippine
business and regulatory environment.
Jessica Tingle: VP
Operations

Jessica Tingle brings to KMC MAG Group over 5 years of professional experience in business development and marketing in the United States and the Asia Pacific region. Jessica Tingle has successfully procured advertising sales and implemented marketing strategies for large corporations on a global scale. Additionally, she has a commercial real estate background within management and operations. Her experience includes developing and managing a mixed-use development in the U.S.
As Vice President of Operations, Jessica is responsible for various processes within the company including offshore staff leasing sales, office space buildouts, staff management and marketing.
Rachelle
Abella-Beamish: Partner
Rachelle Abella-Beamish is a
Licensed Real Estate Broker with KMC MAG Group. She specializes in
office space leasing and highend residential property in Makati
city.
Aside from being KMC MAG Group's in-house broker, Rachelle Abella
also works as a Psychology Professor and Director of Psychology
Laboratory in New Era University, QC Manila Philippines. Rachelle
Abella is a lecturer and instructor in one of Psychology's major
subjects, responsible for organizing course of study and
examinations and panels for thesis defense.
Rosario Carbonell:
Associate Director

Rosario "Cha" Carbonell is a licensed real estate broker of KMC MAG Group. Rosario specializes in office space leasing of various locations in Metro Manila. She deals with a range of office space requirements from small businesses to massive corporations and specializes in site selection, lease negotiation, and advisory services.
Prior to her current position, Rosario is a former investment consultant for MegaWorld, a top real estate developer in the Philippines. She handled landlord representation and dealt with major locators such as HP and Accenture.
