Rosario Carbonell

Rosario Carbonell is a licensed real estate broker of KMC MAG Group. Rosario specializes in office space leasing of various locations in Metro Manila. She deals with a range of office space requirements from small businesses to corporations and finds spaces and sites for her clients to establish their businesses.

Rosario works with client requisites and suggests ideal office set-up and strategic locations that will enable clients to grow and expand their businesses. She handles and organizes site visits, prepare proposals and negotiate commercial terms in lease agreements.

Prior to her current position, Rosario is former investment consultant of a major real estate developer in Philippines. She handles landlord representation and deals with various and major locators in the company she represented.
